 John Hal
 berstadt is Executive Consultant and Head of Consulting Operations at En D
 ash\, specializing in AI governance\, PMO and portfolio leadership\, produ
 ct strategy\, and organizational transformation.A project management leade
 r at the enterprise level since 1997\, he has more than 25 years of execut
 ive leadership experience spanning technology\, product management\, appli
 ed AI\, and business modernization. His AI experience dates back to 2008\,
  including leadership of applied AI and natural language processing produc
 ts and the development of AI governance frameworks\, implementation playbo
 oks\, and executive training. John is the author of \"Getting Started with
  AI Governance\"\, as well as \"Values-Based Consulting\, the Field Guide 
 to Doing Good\, Doing Better and Doing Well\". He is also current VP of St
 rategy\, former VP of Professional Development for the PMI Northern Nevada
  Chapter. He is a frequent speaker on AI governance\, project leadership\,
  and organizational transformation.
