Dr. Charles Igwe is an educator, leadership coach, and Program Manager leading over 40 innovation projects in Canada's nuclear sector. He works at the intersection of strategy, science, and large-scale delivery. With over 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives across nuclear energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and capital-intensive industries, his focus is simple: ensuring investments, programs, and projects translate into measurable strategic value.

Charles' work has always been about one thing: helping people step into their next chapter, with clarity, courage, and conviction. He hosts a Fireside Chat series in which he sits down with global leaders to explore the forces that truly drive innovation, leadership, and growth.
