 Presentation Speaker
 James S. Reckon
 Presentation Abstract
 Wh
at happens when someone who once had your full trust no longer feels safe
with the same level of access? What happens when a difficult stakeholder h
as too much influence\, while a trusted voice is too far outside the conve
rsation? Most of us have thought about trust and access. We have felt both
in relationships\, teams\, projects\, and organizations. But we do not alw
ays ask the deeper question: Does this person’s access still match the l
evel of trust that exists today? The Moving Forward with the Trust and Acce
 ss Matrix™ gives language\, structure\, science\, and practical applicat
ion to something many of us have experienced but may not have fully named.
 Through storytelling\, leadership lessons\, and a little science\, James i
ntroduces a personal and professional framework for evaluating trust\, acc
 ess\, boundaries\, stakeholder engagement\, governance\, and accountabilit
y.This session helps participants recognize where trust and access are mis
aligned\, understand why we stay stuck in sunk costs\, and make clearer de
 cisions that protect relationships\, teams\, projects\, and outcomes.Becau
se moving forward is not about perfection. It is about showing up\, learni
ng as we go\, and stringing base hits together until small decisions becom
e real progress.PMI Approved Learning ObjectivesBy the end of this session
