Anthony Cayman is Vice President - Director of Permanent Placement Services for Robert Half, Technology Talent Solutions. He specializes in direct-hire placement of software/web developers, system/network/network security engineers, database administrator/developers, project managers, as well as devops/cloud engineers within Orange County, Greater Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in Talent Solutions. Robert Half has various practice groups that specialize in placing on a contract to full-time or permanent basis within small, mid-sized, and large enterprise level companies across various industries. Whether it’s one person or an entire project team, we match skilled contract and permanent talent in finance and accounting, administrative and customer supportlegaltechnology, and marketing and creative fields.

Janice Mrkonjic is the Interim Director of Workforce & Economic Development at Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) leading the Contract and Community Education department. She directs traffic at the intersection of education, workforce, and economic development where she introduces not-for-credit programs that address current and future workforce needs based on local and regional economies aligned with domestic and global business trends. Her project management abilities coupled with her Master of Education degree enabled learning and leadership experiences beyond expectations with networking playing a major role along the way.

A fireball of high energy and optimism, based in Temecula CA, she loves all the joys that life offers including the occasional curve ball.

James Reckon (Moderator) is a Visiting Professor for the Keller Graduate School of DeVry University and has been in business and IT management for almost 40 years.  He has worked in agriculture, healthcare, education, business management and entertainment. He spent his early professional career working in entertainment for the Walt Disney Company, Honda Center and Angels Baseball. Later in his career, he found many similarities between theatre production management and project and business management for such companies as First American, Prime Healthcare, Insurance Marketing Group, BAX Global, US Foods, Ares Management and Volt Information Sciences. He believes in the value of servant leadership and employee engagement. He has transformed organizations from silo mentality into interactive, accessible, and customer focused business partners.  James is currently serving as Chapter President of PMICIE, Vice President for the Cal State Pony of the Americas Club, is an active volunteer for the Children's Museum of La Habra and serves as a Governing Board Member for CDM Media's CIO/CISO Forum.
