In this presentation, Dr. David Chaudron will provide some answers to this question, and how organizations can navigate the seas of uncertainty and change.

About the Presenter

Dr. David Chaudron, Ph.D. has over 30 years of practical experience working with a variety of manufacturing and service firms, assisting them in assessment, strategic planning, team building, and leadership development. He has published over 15 practical articles on surveys, teamwork, re-engineering, TQM, and organizational change.

David’s list of clients includes companies in manufacturing, banking, finance, petrochemicals, electronics, and aerospace both nationally, and internationally. He has also spoken on the subjects of Strategic Planning, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Team-Building.

David holds a Ph.D. and Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and he is currently the Managing Partner of Organized Change, a management consultancy firm.
