 Presentation A
 bstract
Effective project management relies on the relationships we form
with our project stakeholders. The more we engage those parties who are o
r may by interested in the project\, the better the flow of our shared wor
 k. How do we do this? By practicing those behaviours that foster the great
est culture of inclusion in our meetings and interactions: Power Skills. T
his interactive presentation will engage participants by providing opportu
nities to explore their own practice of using inclusive behaviours.
