 Anup Deshpande has been instrumental i
 n Agile Transformation at the enterprise level and has over 25 years of pr
 ogram management\, business operations\, and security experience in the So
 ftware Industry. He has served at the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter a
 s a President\, a Chief Governance Officer (CGO)\, and a Board Member. Anu
 p served as the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter president in 2012 as well. He h
 as been on the Agile Advisory Board and taught as an Adjunct Faculty at UC
  Berkeley Extension for various Agile and Project Management curricula.
 
 He currently works at a Fortune 100 Healthcare organization as a Sr. Direc
 tor of Program Management\, Business Operations\, and Security and has tre
 mendous energy to drive audacious goals for the company. Before this\, he 
 worked at various companies\, including Yahoo\, Visa\, and Broadcom\, wher
 e he spearheaded multiple cross-organizational plans to successful complet
 ion.
 He has bootstrapped two software product startups successfully. Anu
 p focuses on building Trackegy\, one of his young startups\, where they pr
 epare the students for the exams and take their confidence off the roof\, 
 making them successful in taking on further career advancements. The produ
 ct also helps lead generation and evaluation for businesses.
