 IT project management is the ba
 ckbone of a successful organization. Being able to adapt to new technology
  enables an organization to stay relevant. To maintain change\, leaders ne
 ed to focus on the organization's mission and vision and how they can ensu
 re that staff and other resources feel like they are part of the change in
 stead of being ordered to change.
 In this presentation\, Kristina Curtis
 s will review the key elements of leading an organization through change u

 Speaker Bio
 A 30-year vete
 ran of Project Management\, Kristina Curtiss brought her love of learning 
 and commitment to continuous improvement to the construction and healthcar
 e industries. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor
  of Business Administration (BBA) in business&nbsp\;Administration and Man
 agement\, with a Human Resources emphasis.
 Kristina excels in change man
 agement\, organizational readiness\, and process improvement\,\, expanding
  on her project management role to bring about the successful adoption of 
 her initiatives. She has managed projects at&nbsp\;Scripps Healthcare in t
 he past and is now with Kaiser Permanente’s Dedicated Shared Services/Bu
 siness Intelligence Department.
 Kristina is also the newly appointed V.P
