 Present
 ation Title
 You always Have Enough Time
 Presentation Abstract
 Too of
ten\, I hear the refrain: \"We need more time\" as a defense for not getti
ng the project done by the established/approved deadline. This presentatio
n examines the thought processes that lead to this all-too-simple excuse a
nd demonstrates that there is indeed enough time to get \"it\" done. It bu
ilds on the theme that Failure is not an Option! And\, in sync with the cu
rrent catchphrase in project management\, we will look into how AI is help
ing project teams get it done. Participants will have an immediate opportu
nity to apply what they have learned from the presentation. Learning outco
mes include:• Thinking outside the box\, business as usual is your worst
enemy.• Understanding that Free Float is your best friend.• Recognizi
ng that your team needs to own the schedule! Stay out of the way!• Accep
ting that when things go wrong\, it's not the end of the world.• Realizi
ng that AI is well on the way to joining your team.
