About the Course
This course is sponsored by the PMI California Inland Empire Chapter and UC Agile, and is taught by Professor Kevin Reilly from the Project Management Certification Coach. This is a project management training boot camp that provides project managers with the knowledge of best practices, principles, concepts, terminology and techniques from Waterfall/Predictive, Agile/Adaptive and Hybrid Project Management and Product Development project approaches to help ensure project success.
In a 4-Day 35-Hour format, this course will include a combination of slide deck presentations and a hard copy of Andy Crowe’s best-selling book, How to Pass the PMP on the First Try – 6th Edition Plus Agile. The course will also be supported by practice exams, interactive exercises and additional study materials provided by the Project Management Certification Coach.

Professional Learning Credits
This course will provide participants with the full 35 Contact/Education Hours required to sit for the PMP exam, as well as providing 35 PDUs if you are already PMP certified, towards renewing your PMP credential.
About the Instructor
Professor Kevin Reilly is an esteemed Project Management and Agile instructor renowned for his comprehensive approach to teaching and his commitment to student success. With more than 14 years of experience guiding business professionals through Project Management training, he has effectively steered over 4,000 students to triumph in the CAPM, PMP, and PMI-ACP exams, achieving an impressive average pass rate of 98.75%.
Bringing over 25 years of industry experience from the Software Development and IT sectors, Kevin has served in various capacities as a Waterfall Project Manager, Agile Project Manager and Agile Scrum Master. Andrea earned her PMP in 2013 and continued to grow, obtaining her CSM and Lean credentials. SPEAKER BIO – JOHN SIGNO
John Signo is currently a Senior Project Manager at Bank of America, managing cybersecurity projects with the goal of reducing identified risks while protecting the enterprise and its clients. He has served as a project manager and/or systems engineer at J. Walter Thompson, IBM, and BNSF Railway. John is an active member of both PMI Dallas Chapter and PMI Dallas Toastmasters. He currently holds the PMP and ACP certifications along with numerous ISACA certifications to demonstrate his proficiency in project management and cybersecurity. Since the founding of Signofied, LLC, he created the “Brand and Land” program to share his insights with others on how to optimize your LinkedIn profile and resume for today’s ATS software. In addition, he continues to mentor PMP and ACP certification exam candidates.
SPEAKER BIO – MOHUN SUNDAR
Mohun Sundar has been a 10+ year member of the PMI Dallas Chapter. He has earned PMP, PMI-ACP, and PMI-RMP certifications. He has 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management working with business and IT groups to achieve successful outcomes. In addition, he is a Distinguished Toastmaster.
