It details the development and theoretical underpinnings of the PILL Framework, drawing on evidence-based management principles and organizational culture. Through a series of structured processes—from identification and capture to analysis and integration—this framework aims to enhance organizational learning and project success.

Dr. Joshua Cunio holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management and an M.S. in Project Management. He is the developer of the Project Integrated Lessons Learned (PILL) Framework™. His research focuses on fostering continuous improvement and innovation in project management, advancing project management practices, exploring the causality of project outcomes, and enhancing performance metrics across project, program, and portfolio management. His work bridges the gap between theory and practice, delivering actionable insights that benefit academia and industry. His journey began in the U.S. Army, where he honed his leadership skills, which were instrumental in his approach to business development strategy, team leadership, and creating value propositions that resonate with clients. SPEAKER BIO – JOHN SIGNO
John Signo is currently a Senior Project Manager at Bank of America, managing cybersecurity projects with the goal of reducing identified risks while protecting the enterprise and its clients. He has served as a project manager and/or systems engineer at J. Walter Thompson, IBM, and BNSF Railway. John is an active member of both the PMI Dallas Chapter and the PMI Dallas Toastmasters. He currently holds the PMP and ACP certifications, as well as numerous ISACA certifications, to demonstrate his proficiency in project management and cybersecurity. Since the founding of Signofied, LLC, he has created the “Brand and Land” program to share his insights with others on how to optimize your LinkedIn profile and resume for today’s ATS software. Additionally, he continues to mentor candidates for the PMP and ACP certification exams.
SPEAKER BIO – MOHUN SUNDAR
Mohun Sundar has been a member of the PMI Dallas Chapter for over 10 years. He has earned PMP, PMI-ACP, and PMI-RMP certifications. He has 10 years of experience in healthcare project management, working with business and IT groups to achieve successful outcomes. In addition, he is a Distinguished Toastmaster. Currently, he works as a senior program manager at Health Care Service Corporation.

Janice Mrkonjic ventured from Nova Scotia to North Carolina in 2001 to pioneer eLearning solutions benefitting AT&T, Verizon, and numerous telecom organizations. In 2012, she flexed her entrepreneurial spirit by establishing Savvy Event Designs LLC, a destination management company in Raleigh, where she earned her PMP. In 2013, she accepted an adventurous opportunity in academia, taking on leadership roles at Duke University, Arizona State University, and Maricopa Community Colleges. Janice followed her dream to live in California, where she directs traffic at the intersection of education, community, workforce, and economic development by producing fee-based, not-for-credit programs that fill knowledge gaps at Mt. San Jacinto College. Through her membership and committee contributions, Janice values PMI, its Chapters, and volunteers. A fireball of high energy and optimism, she loves all life's joys, including the occasional curveball.
