This highly interactive 2-day certification course provides in-depth understanding of the Scrum team-based approach to iterative development. The course trains participants in the full range of Scrum topics, from basic theory to organizational implementation, including practical applications, roles, and scaling.

A previous agile and Scrum trainer for Forrester-leading agile companies Rally Software and BigVisible, I have been an agile trainer and coach for over 5 years. The first CST in the Orange County/LA area, I have trained CSM courses for over three years, and co-trained with over a dozen other CST’s, and under the banner of seven different organizations. Because of this, I have worked, and connect very well, with a large variety of audiences and individuals, leading to more consistently effective classes. Rally, BigVisible and Agile Learning Labs continue to request me as one of their preferred trainers.

Experience includes being a ScrumMaster and project manager for several years each, as well as trainer and agile coach for seven years, including time at two top agile companies, and working with and coaching at Yahoo!, eBay, Kaiser Permanente, Capital Group, Technicolor, and many others. Speaker at Agile 2013, 2011, the 2010 and 2011 Scrum Gatherings, the PMI Inland Empire and several PMI Los Angeles events.

Credentials include PMP, Certified Scrum Trainer, Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant, Marcus Buckingham Strengths Coach, Pragmatic Marketing Certified. Currently in group review stage for Certified Scrum Coach (3 month cycle).
