Speaker Biography:

Tammy has worked as a program and project manager for over 20 years, developing software, managing large teams and responsible for project budgets of $10 to 15 million dollars in size.

Tammy recognized early on in her career the value of good communication, well rounded leadership skills and creating an engaging environment for her teams. Her key to success was the ability to create an environment that allowed her teams to perform at their best.

Tammy has now aligned with FocalPoint Coaching so she could spend more time doing what she is passionate about which is to partner with motivated leaders to heighten their abilities, boost their performance and optimize their teams so they can deliver their products and services on time and on budget. Tammy is a Business Growth Coach.
