Overview:  In this highly interactive  presentation, participants will learn about the five myths of conflict and how to overcome them.   Mr. Najar will train attendees on how to identify the 3 types of conflict and overcome the 6 most common barriers to conflict resolution.  Registrants for the dinner meeting will learn about and practice the dialog method of conflict resolution.

 Speaker Biography:

Mohammed Najar has a diverse background working in different specialties including non-profit, public and private sectors. Mr. Najar, is with varied experience across the law enforcement spectrum. He has served in the United States Marine Corps, Deputy Sheriff with Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Special Agent with California Department of Justice, Special Agent Supervisor with the California Department of Justice, Fraud Investigator and as a sergeant with the California Department of Insurance. In the above listed positions, he has worked in various capacities to include but not limited to patrol operations, narcotics, gangs, dignitary protection, gambling, fraud, money laundering, general investigations, tracking violent offenders, crisis negotiator, background investigation, and criminal apprehension team.

 Currently, Mr. Najar is a managing partner of a private investigation firm, Najar Investigations. Najar Investigations specializes in servicing litigation firms and private/corporate clients with their investigative needs. Mr. Najar also serves as a commissioner for an economic development project for a native American tribe.
