Presentation Abstract:

Overview
The role of a project manager is about bringing organization, structure, discipline, and facilitation to a project lifecycle that usually is chaotic in nature with many moving parts and uncertainty. However, when faced with challenging projects where formal project management disciplines do not seem to help resolve issues, sometimes project managers have to journey off their comfort zones and become innovative. So how (or what) can a project manager innovate?
