Presentation Title: Getting It Done: Influence without Authority

Presented by: Kristine A. Hayes Munson, MBA, PMP, CIA

PDU Category: Leadership

PDUs Awarded: 2

Presentation Abstract:

Overview
Do you ever feel like you have all the responsibility in the world and no authority to get anything done? Do you ever feel that your organization’s politics create insurmountable obstacles? Relationship-based influence skills are the key to break-through those perceived barriers, enabling project success. Influence comes from building and nourishing relationships, which takes concentrated effort. This interactive presentation uses a relationship-based influence model to provide real-life examples and down-to-earth advice on achieving desired results.
