 In this interactive presentation, you’ll discover what works and what doesn’t work, and how to elevate your presentation, and your results.
 
Speaker Biography:

Who He Is

Jim McLaughlin has a diverse business background that includes oil exploration, software development, corporate training and performance support, and managing land development projects. 

Immersed in personal and professional coaching since 1999, Jim was formerly a licensed Professional Geologist and project manager. He’s an instrument-rated private pilot, a member of Toastmasters International, a leader in Boy Scouts. Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Pacific, did post-graduate work at California State University, Northridge, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University. 

Jim resides in Temecula, California with his wife, Peg, and boys, Seth and Daniel.

What He Does

Jim works with individuals and teams to identify and articulate goals, projects, and strategies that fulfil on their business and personal objectives. He helps identify obstacles to success and create plans for working over, around, or through them.

 Aside from consulting, Jim organizes TEDxTemecula, an independently organized TED event (www.TEDxTemecula.com).

What He Stands For

Jim stands for a world in which people are creating lives beyond their wildest dreams, lives that enrich themselves, their communities, and the world.
