Learn how to incorporate Usability Studies into Agile development in perfect harmony. With a few simple adjustments to the traditional Usability Testing approach, you can make Usability a valuable component of your Agile projects.

Traditional usability studies, despite the valuable results from observing how real users experience your product, are generally costly and time consuming. This makes it difficult to integrate formal usability testing into the fast-paced Agile development. We will show you how to combine Usability Testing and Agile so you can gather real customer insights and improve the experience design of your product with each sprint.

In this session, you will learn: - Differences between traditional software development and Agile - How to adjust your usability testing approach to become a natural part of Agile projects - The benefits of Agile, Usability and combining the two.

 Speaker Biography: 

Rachele Maurer is an Agile coach with a passion for creating authentic, fun, transformative experiences for people. She works with individuals and teams to help them thrive. 

Rachele brings close to two decades of software project management to her coaching, which helps her understand the challenges of project managers and other people in tech. She holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She also holds Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credentials. 

Rachele is the owner of Olynda Coaching, an Agile and personal development coaching company.
