In this interactive and informative session, Gina will explain why "WHY" may be the most important question to ask when you want to increase the productivity and motivation of your project team members and project stakeholders to help ensure project success. Topics covered will include:

~~ WIIFM: Tapping into intrinsic motivators

You will leave the session knowing how to effectively cast vision for your project, ask the important "Whys" and effectively interpret the answers, and understand the WIIFM for your project team members and stakeholders to determine how they can be effectively motivated to help ensure project success.
