Leisa Reid, M.A. is a Professional Speaker & Author who presents to thousands of people on the power of mindset. After 20+ years of Management, Sales and Executive Leadership, Leisa joined Productive Learning, a personal development company specializing in helping people close the gap between what they have and what they truly desire.

In 2013, Leisa spearheaded and founded the highly successful OC Speakers Network, an organization that supports speakers who wish to share their expertise. In 2016, her book, "Manage to Success: A Guide to Cultivating Happy and Productive Employees" was published.

Leisa is a mother to Ariana and wife to Mark. She has enjoyed living in Orange County since 1991, after moving from her hometown of Fairbanks, Alaska.

Speaker Biography

Greta Blash is a certified PMI Project Manager Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience as an executive and consulting IT professional, both domestically and international. Her extensive experience enables her to concurrently manage multiple high-risk, high-tech projects. Her areas of experience include Program Management, Project Management, Agile, Scrum, CRM Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and System Development with emphasis in the areas of System Implementations and Conversions.

Greta is certified as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ®, and as a PMI Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA)®, and has taught Project Management, Agile and Business Analysis Certification courses worldwide for the last five years. She has also served as V.P. of Education and Programs for at the PMI Southern Nevada Chapter (PMI-SNC) in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has been the Academic Outreach Liaison for PMI Region 7 since 2012.

Steve Blash is a senior trainer and consultant with Facilitated Methods and is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) ® and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ®. He possesses exceptional Information Technology operational and technical knowledge, and has extensive Project Management experience managing all aspects of large complex projects. His areas of expertise include Business Requirements Analysis, Business Re-Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, CRM, Web Analytics, Information Technology Infrastructure, Wireless Technology, System Development, Implementations and Conversions.

Steve is Past President of the PMI Southern Nevada Chapter (PMI-SNC) in Las Vegas and also served as V.P. of Communications and Executive V.P. for that chapter. He has written numerous articles for ProjectTimes.com, BATimes.com, and AllPM.com, as well as for the PMI-SNC Chapter newsletter.
