Introducing the PMI-PBA, PMI's response to the demand for Business Analysis Certification for BA professionals involved on projects. Discover the role of the Business Analyst working with the Project Manager, and in some cases, filling both roles.

Find out how IIBA differs from PMI on the BA focus. We will also discuss new business analysis standards for the exam.

Speaker Biography:

Greta Blash, is a certified project manager professional (PMP) with extensive experience as an executive and consulting IT professional, both domestically and internationally.  Her experience enables her to concurrently manage multiple high-risk, high-tech projects.  

Her areas of experience include project management, program management, agile/scrum, customer relationship management (CRM), data warehousing/business intelligence, and systems development.
She also holds an agile certification (PMI-ACP) and business analysis certification (PMI-PBA) from Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s leading professional association for the project, program, and portfolio management profession.

Greta has taught project management, agile and business analysis certification course world-wide for the past nine years.
She has held various volunteer positions at PMI local chapter and regional level.
