Bethany Stephenson - Director of Programs

After perusing a Bachelor’s of Science in Graphic Design at the Art Institute of California   I ended up pivoting into Project Management working with boutique design agencies and small start-ups. I’ve had the pleasure of working with remote teams across the globe on projects ranging from Amazon #1 Bestsellers to helping at risk children achieve literacy. I know my creative processes bring a unique perspective and I enjoy helping my teams achieve their goals — it’s so rewarding when I can promote our success! I’ve joined PMI-IE to continue to learn different methodologies and give back to the amazing community that have provided me so much guidance on this journey. In my free time I still peruse personal art projects including some very messy paintings! I also have an avid interest in marine biology/ocean conservancy and maintain a couple aquariums. I hope to take on bigger projects in the future and look forward to integrating Artificial Intelligence into my work flow.
