Mike Sanders, MA, PMP, CSM, CAC, is a Senior Program Manager for American Express, where he collaborates with global stakeholders,  enhances efficiencies, and leads a team of project leads, overseeing resource allocation and project prioritization. Other highlights include the development of a comprehensive reporting structure for Senior Management and Leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in project progress and outcomes.

Mike is also an accomplished author and has presented on business management and personal development topics for over 15 years at corporations, symposiums, conferences, business associations, and government agencies. He presented his personal development model, "Freedom and the 3rd Brain", at TEDx on San Juan Island, State of Washington. Tim Rumbaugh is an experienced Program Management leader with a demonstrated history in the aerospace and medical device industries. His passion lies in management, leadership, strategy, collaboration, complex new product development, and speaking at conferences about project management fundamentals. He has spent seven years at Edwards Lifesciences, co-leading the Transcatheter Heart Valve PMO focused on structural heart therapy and medical device new product development.

Tim also spent four years at a contract R&D start-up, developing in vitro diagnostic devices for allergy, immunotherapy, and DNA analysis, serving a variety of clients.
