Do you know what Lean Six Sigma is?

How do you get executive buy-in for a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program?

How can you use it to save your company money?

In this interactive presentation, you will become familiar with LSS and the DMAIC methodology, you’ll learn what some of the most commonly used tools are and you’ll receive tips on how to introduce LSS to your organization. 

Speaker Biography:

Dave Cline is the Director of Program Management at EPIC Management, L.P. EPIC provides management and consulting services to Southern California physician groups and IPAs.

Mr. Cline has over 18 years of healthcare experience and 23 years of IT experience. He’s been instrumental in various healthcare projects including: ICD-10 transition, EMR implementations, PACS, referral/authorization system, HIS system, claims adjudication system implementation, a credentialing system, and has developed several corporate training programs.

Dave served as VP of Marketing for PMI’s California Inland Empire chapter and then as Chapter President for two years. He is currently the chapter’s speaker coordinator and remains on the Board of Directors as the Past President.

Mr. Cline holds a BS degree in Mathematics and a secondary teaching credential from the University of California at Riverside, is certified as a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Certified Project Management Professional. In his spare time, Dave is a SCUBA Instructor.
