Presentation Abstract:

So many people are operating from their zone of excellence. On the surface, that sounds wonderful for project and organizational success. However, few are consciously operating from their zone of genius. As leaders, it is imperative for complete success to be operating from their own zone of genius to be able to coach and mentor individuals on theirs. Full spectrum success comes from individuals who are aligned with their genius.

Speaker Biography:

Laura Cazares helps people master the power of their minds to design and create happier, healthier, and wealthier lives through the science of success. Laura brings more than 29 years of experience in speaking, coaching, teaching, and helping professionals and entrepreneurs increase success. She holds BS and MS degrees in Chemistry and is a graduate of Coach U. She has also been certified as a DreamBuilder Coach and a Life Mastery Consultant. She has been a high school teacher, water quality project manager, marketing director, and an entertainment IT project manager.
