Presentation Title: Impact of Adaptive/Agile Projects on an Organization

Presented by: Greta Blash

PDU Category: Technical Project Management

PDU Value:  1 PDU

Presentation Abstract:

Agile is a conceptual framework generally centered on iterative and incremental delivery, driven by the customer. The iterative part suggests that we are repeating a lifecycle of development over a short, fixed span of time. With each of these iterations, we deliver some working subset, or increment, of features.

This highly interactive facilitated discussion on the impact of Adaptive/Agile Projects on an Organization will cover varied topics such as the functions of a PMO, Business Stakeholders, and Team Assignments in agile environments.
