Presentation Title: Business Analyst and Product Owner: Project Management skills in an Agile world.

Presented by: Steve and Greta Blash

PDU Category: Leadership

Overview:

The roles in a Predictive project effort have in the past been well-defined, but in Adaptive projects the roles are often blended as part of a self-organizing team of generalists.

There is still a definite need to have an individual represent the customer and take the responsibility for prioritizing the features to deliver the highest value result to the organization, regardless of how the project is organized.

This customer representative could be either a customer or business representative, or a business analyst knowledgeable of that organizational unit.

This presentation will explore the roles, skillsets and distinct values and challenges that both bring to a project team.
