Speaker Biography:

Mark Chagaris has passion for sharing knowledge that enables people and organizations to advance and accelerate their performance. Throughout his career as a leader and manager he recognized that by expanding the comfort zone of employees their performance, confidence and job satisfaction increased as did the performance of the organization and the satisfaction of its stakeholders. He believes that giving and getting “the answers to the test” is the most effective building block for communicating effectively in the business environment as well as building powerful relationships with employees and stakeholders. In 2014 he founded 90 Minute Workshops to share his simple yet powerful techniques with organizations seeking to achieve higher levels of employee engagement and performance.

Mark worked with 120 Venture Construction as their COO/ SVP and was responsible for all aspects of client engagement. As the former VP for Culture and Communication within Countrywide’s IT organization, he led initiatives that improved employee retention, communication and management effectiveness. He has started up and managed PMO’s and led many programs and projects. Mark was the co-founder of Focus Consulting (IT Management), President of Sphinx Consulting Group (IT Infrastructure) and has held management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, Computervision and Xerox. In his spare time Mark is a volunteer with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Moorpark Police Department.
