Juan Carlos (JC) Valenzuela – Director of Marketing.
JC currently works at Prime Healthcare as a Project Analyst Coordinator. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, San Bernardino. He majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. JC developed his career in healthcare with a foundation in Chino Valley Medical Center for seven years, upon which he was referred to a position as Administrative Assistant to the CIO, shortly thereafter being promoted to his current role in the PMO. He is on a path to achieve the PMP. He has a strong suit in networking and professional development, as well as experience with college outreach and native marketing. JC strives to bring harmony and efficiency to all teams and projects he partakes in.

Mary Franklin - Director of Operations
Mary’s career spans over 30 years with experience is in the field of Project Management, Product Release Management and Business Operations Development across financial services, broadcasting, medical and technology solutions industries. Her core strengths are in business, project management, operations development, strategic and tactical planning, problem resolution, quality assurance, product release and communication. Her project revenues have ranged from ten thousand to twenty-million-dollar budgets, managing two to three employees up to two hundred technical and operational administrative resources. Mary’s main focus the last 15 years has been overseeing Managed Services PMO department development, process improvements, client on-boarding projects in additional to oversees the Managed Services division’s customer advocacy program to ensure high quality customer care standards are delivered to clients.
On a personal note, Mary is the 5th daughter of 6 children. She was born and lives in southern California. In addition to enjoying her family she likes ocean cruises, palates, sewing and adores her friends. She is known to have gone sky diving a few times, parasailing, taken 26 mile bike rides on the coast, hikes, will support any friend participating in philanthropic activities for children, claims to be willing to try almost anything “once” and often wears a hat just for fun.

While I recently moved from ND to CA, I am still teaching PM and OM classes at Minnesota State University Moorhead remotely. I have been with MSUM for seven years serving as a faculty member for four years and as Dean of the College of Business, Analytics, and Communication for three. Prior to my academic career, I spent twelve years as the CRM Practice Manager, Principle Consultant, and Co-Founder of a Microsoft partner organization named Summit Group Software where we employed 45 employees across 7 different states in four different offices. Prior to starting Summit Group, I spent five years as a consultant and global business strategist at Microsoft. I am married, have three daughters (28, 21, and 5), and enjoy doing triathlons.

My name is Professor Kevin Reilly and I am a Project Management and Agile instructor renowned for my comprehensive approach to teaching and commitment to student success. I possess 12+ years of experience guiding business professionals through General Business and Leadership, PMI Exam Prep Training, and General Agile Courses. With over 25+ years of experience in the Software Development and IT sectors, I served as a Waterfall Project Manager, Agile Project Manager, and Agile Scrum Master.
