Speaker Bio
Professor Kevin Reilly is an Independent Contractor and Primary Instructor for the 'Project Management Certification Coach,' offering PMI Exam Prep training and coaching. He has 12+ years of experience teaching CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP exam prep courses, and General Waterfall & Agile courses (non-certification). He has taught and coached over one thousand students to pass these exams. Kevin has also successfully delivered many Software Development and I.T. projects and has 15+ years’ experience as a Waterfall Project Manager and Agile Scrum Master.
Kevin is a firm believer in volunteerism as a way of paying it forward, improving his skills, and transferring knowledge to others. Kevin is currently the Speakers Bureau Director and Annual Conference Speaker Captain for the PMI San Diego Chapter, a PMP Exam Prep Instructor for the PMI-OC chapter, and a keynote & special event speaker for several PMI chapters across the U.S. and around the globe.

Solomon David Bobrow - Remote Work in a HealthCare IT PMO
Presentation Abstract
Will be discussing CHOC (Children's Health of Orange County) Information Services Department PMO remote work challenges and successes from the start of the COVID pandemic to today. Will also be discussing the tools CHOC used to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their work.

Speaker Bio
David Bobrow is a senior Project Manager for CHOC (Children’s Health of Orange County).
David has led the execution of non-strategic and strategic initiatives as part of the PMO at CHOC’s Information Services Department. He has successfully led numerous project implementations in the areas of Revenue Cycle, Clinical Applications, Systems Integration, Information Security, and Infrastructure at CHOC for the last 11 years.
Before he became a project manager, David had 23 years of experience working in IT for healthcare organizations such as CHOC, Perot Systems, St. Joseph Health System (now known as Providence), and Loma Linda University Medical Center.
David holds a Computer Science degree from UC Riverside. He is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
Previously David has spoken at PMI-OC events on topics such as Phase Gates in Healthcare and Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable in Project Management.
David won the 2022 President's Recognition Award for CHOC for bringing the latest industry knowledge and practices to the PMO team as well as helping to make them part of the project management process at CHOC.

Speaker Bio
Anup Deshpande has been instrumental in Agile Transformation at the enterprise level and has over 25 years of program management, business operations, and security experience in the Software Industry. He has served at the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter as a President, a Chief Governance Officer (CGO), and a Board Member. Anup served as the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter president in 2012 as well. He has been on the Agile Advisory Board and taught as an Adjunct Faculty at UC Berkeley Extension for various Agile and Project Management curricula.
He currently works at a Fortune 100 Healthcare organization as a Sr. Director of Program Management, Business Operations, and Security and has tremendous energy to drive audacious goals for the company. Before this, he worked at various companies, including Yahoo, Visa, and Broadcom, where he spearheaded multiple cross-organizational plans to successful completion.
He has bootstrapped two software product startups successfully. Anup focuses on building Trackegy, one of his young startups, where they prepare the students for the exams and take their confidence off the roof, making them successful in taking on further career advancements. The product also helps lead generation and evaluation for businesses.
