Joshua Barnes is the Founder of Process Mentors, Inc., a consultancy firm focused on improving ways of working (WOW). Over the past two decades, Joshua and his staff have had a breadth of engagements, including culture change, increasing productivity while reducing risk and waste, and focusing on the fewest things that significantly impact people, performance, and outcomes.
Joshua’s focus is Disciplined Agile and Value Stream Management, helping to improve the environment in which delivery teams work and increasing the flow of value to the customer. He is a recognized leader in virtual training and coaching and has trained thousands of people in both co-located and virtual live formats on their Disciplined Agile journey. Speaker Bio
Cornelius Fichtner is the President of OSP International LLC based in Tucson, AZ, lives with his wife Shawn and four computers and holds PMP and CSM credentials. He is an author, course creator, and podcast host, and you probably know him best from the PM PodCast, PDU PodCast, or as an instructor for PMP exam prep.
Cornelius’ company’s flagship product is the PM PrepCast, and it is one of the leading online training applications for PMP exam preparation. He and his team have been coaching project managers to prepare for their PMP exam since 2006 and have coached over 27,000 project managers to become PMP-certified, as well as many others to become PMI-ACP-certified using the Agile PrepCast.
Cornelius and his team also work with project managers who need to maintain their PMI credentials by providing webinars and online learning tools that allow them to earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) for their continuing certification.
Cornelius says: "I think the main way I help customers pass their exams is by letting my enthusiasm for project management shine through in our training lessons. Speaker Bio
David Bobrow is a senior Project Manager for CHOC (Children’s Health of Orange County).
David has led the execution of non-strategic and strategic initiatives as part of the PMO at CHOC’s Information Services Department. He has successfully led numerous project implementations in the areas of Revenue Cycle, Clinical Applications, Systems Integration, Information Security, and Infrastructure at CHOC for the last 11 years.
Before he became a project manager, David had 23 years of experience working in IT for healthcare organizations such as CHOC, Perot Systems, St. Joseph Health System (now known as Providence), and Loma Linda University Medical Center.
David holds a Computer Science degree from UC Riverside. He is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
Previously David has spoken at PMI-OC events on topics such as Phase Gates in Healthcare and Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable in Project Management.
David won the 2022 President's Recognition Award for CHOC for bringing the latest industry knowledge and practices to the PMO team as well as helping to make them part of the project management process at CHOC.

Speaker Bio
Anup Deshpande has been instrumental in Agile Transformation at the enterprise level and has over 25 years of program management, business operations, and security experience in the Software Industry. He has served at the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter as a President, a Chief Governance Officer (CGO), and a Board Member. Anup served as the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter president in 2012 as well. He has been on the Agile Advisory Board and taught as an Adjunct Faculty at UC Berkeley Extension for various Agile and Project Management curricula.
He currently works at a Fortune 100 Healthcare organization as a Sr. Director of Program Management, Business Operations, and Security and has tremendous energy to drive audacious goals for the company. Before this, he worked at various companies, including Yahoo, Visa, and Broadcom, where he spearheaded multiple cross-organizational plans to successful completion.
He has bootstrapped two software product startups successfully. Anup focuses on building Trackegy, one of his young startups, where they prepare the students for the exams and take their confidence off the roof, making them successful in taking on further career advancements. The product also helps lead generation and evaluation for businesses.
