The #1 predictor of career success is your network! PMI Tucson is your core network so let’s get ready to work the room in-person and virtually. Explore the art and science to strategically network with confidence resulting in authentic and intentional relationships that will propel your career. What’s the brand called “you”? Does your current network include both mentors and sponsors? Is it open, deep, and diverse? Best beware of networking traps and how to avoid them. These are just a few lively conversations we will enjoy.

Keep Moving and Stay Positive - Essentials for Post Pandemic Success
The world is opening up again after more than a year of lockdowns and restrictions – how do we make sure that we’re successful in a “new normal?” How can we gain momentum – and never stop making progress?
In this presentation Bola talks through her some of the personal challenges she has overcome and how she trained her mind to not only get through them, but to take action and come out on top. Bola also provides an in-depth explanation of five essential keys that will help you not only gain momentum in a post-pandemic world but keep momentum and thrive.
